All Things Beauty wants you to be happy with what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you return or exchange it—the same way we would in our Plant City store.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return most items. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and returned with your receipt or order number.
How to return an item
In store (preferred)
Bring the item, original packaging, and your receipt or order number to All Things Beauty at 408 N Alexander St, Plant City, FL 33563 (Stewarts Shopping Center). In-store returns are the fastest way to get a refund or exchange.
Store hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–8:30 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 8:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Online orders
Please call us at (813) 707-1433 before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the item is eligible and tell you how to return it. Do not mail items without contacting the store first—packages sent without a return authorization may not be accepted.
Unless we sent the wrong item or a defective item, you are responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refunded except when we made an error.
What can be returned
Unopened, unused items in original packaging with a receipt or order number, returned within 14 days, including:
- Unopened hair (bundles and braid packs) in original packaging
- Unopened tools, accessories, and other retail products that are not hygiene-restricted
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective or we sent the wrong item:
- Opened cosmetics (lipstick, gloss, foundation, mascara, and similar)
- Opened skincare
- Used lashes
- Worn wigs, ponytails, or hairpieces
- Opened hair color, relaxers, or other chemical products
- Clearance or final-sale items, unless defective
- Gift cards
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, call (813) 707-1433 as soon as you can. We’ll replace it or refund you.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Please allow a few business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
