Welcome to All Things Beauty. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit atbbeauty.com, shop our online catalog, or buy retail products from All Things Beauty (All Things Beauty Supply & Salon).

Our store

All Things Beauty is a family beauty supply and salon in Plant City, Florida. Our storefront is at 408 N Alexander St, Plant City, FL 33563 (Stewarts Shopping Center). Phone: (813) 707-1433.

This website is our online catalog. Salon services are booked and provided in the store. Retail product sales on this site are separate from salon appointments unless we say otherwise.

Using the site

You must be the age of majority in your state to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, scrape it, or use it to harm All Things Beauty or other customers.

This site is powered by Shopify. Purchases you make are between you and All Things Beauty—not Shopify.

Products, descriptions, and prices

We work to keep product names, photos, and descriptions accurate. Colors and details can look different on your screen, and manufacturers may change packaging. Product descriptions are provided as-is. If something is not what you expected, see our Return Policy.

Prices, promotions, and availability can change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. In-store prices may differ from online prices. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order if there is an error, a stock issue, or suspected misuse. If we cancel, we will refund you.

Orders, shipping, and pickup

Salon services vs. retail products

Retail products sold online or in the store follow these Terms and our return policy. Salon services (styling, installs, and similar in-store services) are provided at the Plant City salon and may have separate booking, deposit, or cancellation practices. Ask the salon when you book.

Intellectual property

The All Things Beauty name, logo, and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Product brand names belong to their owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, All Things Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Some rights cannot be waived, and this does not limit those rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
